Happy Fiesta everyone!
It has been a good, and busy week. Friday I was off so I went for a 6 mile run, and ended up going for a swim in the evening. Today ,I ended up going to the gym for Bodyattack, and BodyPump. Then mom and I went to a potluck dinner to talk about the upcoming USAFit season.
Really, if you want to lose weight, run a marathon , just stay in shape or anything in between- come run with us. My mom has ran Boston, is a nationally certified coach, and that's not even why I think anyone is lucky to run with her. I used to look at my mom like she was crazy when she would talk about running, and I would huff and puff just trying to do a couple of miles. My mom was the one who got me going to the gym so I would get my weight now, and now I have 5 full marathons, and 6 half marathons under my belt. I know I would not have made that kind of turn around without her giving me that push. So if there is anyone that can help anyone reach your fitness goals whatever they are , it is my mom.
