Well everyone
so far Dallas has been just as I remembered -busy, really spread out, but alot of fun too. The other night I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with some coworkers after we where all off. Last night I just ran, and rested in my hotel room for the evening. OMG No matter what time I step out of the hotel I am staying at there are tons of people going or coming from somewhere. At the fair, I learned if you can fry it, they will it there. So far I've seen fried brownies, fried peanut putter, fried smores, fried cookie dough, and even fried pizza out of all things.*hehe*
Yesterday and Monday I worked from 11-7. Today I work from 12-8. So I just ran, showered, watched Charmed on television and debating what I want to do for lunch before going in. Should I try the hotel food, just go to chik-fil a -hmm decisions decisions. I still can't believe today is my last 8 hour shift at the fair. Tomorrow I just work 10-3 and then I head back to San Antonio, and the fair is over on the 23rd of this month.
But as much as I am blessed to work the fair and see Dallas, it'll be good to get everything settled back in San Antonio. But I must say this event definitely came at the right time. I think I needed it more than my coworkers need me up here.
Anyway, love you all.
-Donna
